I placed the urn on a rough mangrove root. I see so much beauty in contrasts. If you overview my work you will notice that this is the fingerprint of my work: rough edges versus smooth surfaces. So many contrasts in life are exciting and give me food for thought. Once I heard someone say ‘there is so much life close to death’. It sounds confusing but I have experienced the truth of this.
