Making beautiful urns is my passion and I am always looking for truely remarkable wood. This urn I made from a piece of curly and diverse Olive wood with a lot of voids and cracks. It is quite hard to buy olive wood in large pieces. Often it is sold in blanks. Now I have 20 pieces in stock to create beautiful pieces from. All these pieces are rough so they will show amazing figuring. But it is also a great challenge to keep the wood together while turning as there are sometimes more voids than wood. But I love the challenge. I have inlayed the voids with purple minerals. On top I have put an amazing large piece of Amethyst. A bright and shiny piece as a result. A unique piece to celebrate the life of your loved one.

And for some technical details:
The ring in the opening is made of Rosewood. The base of the lid is made of olive.
The urn is finished with high gloss lacquer. You can only clean it with a damp or dry cloth.
Please keep it out of direct sunlight, don’t place it near a heating source.

My urns are shipped with DHL express outside the EU. They only ship to a normal address, P.O. boxes are not allowed.
