Making beautiful urns is my passion and I am always looking for truely remarkable wood. This urn is made from a piece of Yew. This wood is so characteristic. Its fiery and rough appearance is not comparable to any other wood. It has its own rough charm and at the same time it is so stable and reliable, a joy to create a piece of art from this wood. The voids and cracks are inlaid with purple minerals. On top I have put a beautiful Amethyst crystal. The ring in the opening is made of Purper Heart wood. For the lid I also used a piece of Yew as well. A unique piece to celebrate the life of your loved one. The urn is finished with high gloss acrylic lacquer. All the wood I use for my work is reclaimed from near my shop, resulting in a very sustainable piece of art. Please keep it out of direct sunlight, don't place it near a heating source. You can clean it with a damp or dry cloth. Dimensions: Diameter: 7 2/3 inch, 19,5 cm Height: 11 inch, 28 cm Capacity: 230 c.i., 3,8 liter This urn can hold all of the ashes of an adult in most cases. No additional charges will be due upon delivery. For customer in other countries: I use a product code that is free of charge, but customs can decide to change it. My experience is now that it is normally free of charge. DHL has its own customs and collect import tax for your government. You will receive an email from DHL for payment in case you need to pay. Take a look at the frequently asked questions for more information about shipping, the size of your urn, filling instruction etc. Feel free to contact me for any further questions.
